Catherine Mathieu has over 15 years of professional experience of 'operational HR functions' in a fast paced international environment (advice, strategy and distribution).
Her legal education background allowed her spend 4 years in tax and legal firms (PWC et Ernst &Young), before becoming Compensation & Benefits Manager for Altran, and a Human Resource Department Director for Monoprix.
Through her involvement in law firms and private companies, she has acquired an unique hands-on experience of such type of organizations.
