Biographie
Born in Stockholm, from a Swedish diplomate mother and a Cuban art paintor father, Amanda Boix grew up in Algiers, Geneva, Cartago, Paris, Aix-en Provence, Lyon and Melbourne. After a Bachelor in International Business at the University of Jean Moulin Lyon 3 and University of Melbourne (Australia), she accomplished an MBA specialized in Marketing at INSEEC Paris Business School.
As professional experiences she developed sales & marketing for Studios92, an e-based accommodation agency based in UK, where she was in charge of market research, international partnership development, customer relationships and HR. At Huxley Associates, Amanda is responsible for Private Banking recruitment in France and Monaco and specialises in the search of French and International Senior Relationship Managers.

Wealth Management industries continue to hire although at a slower rate. Competition for talent has become tougher and quality candidates gone rare. On top of this the current banking crisis poses additional challenges in terms of how to attract the best candidates.
This workshop will thus aim at giving a general overview of the current job market situation; see which candidates are available and what wealth managers should do to increase their chances in winning the battle for talent. It is crucial to adapt and take into account all different aspects which will help closing the gap between the candidate's and bank's expectations. To do this it is necessary to have a clear understanding on both sides.
Some solutions and best practices will be shared in order to achieve bank's growth ambitions, beat competition and make the most to get the best candidates on the market. The battle has just started!
