V.Hospitality provides recruitment and consulting services to the hospitality industry worldwide. Our client portfolio includes cruise lines, private yachts, hotels and resorts, and our candidate base a pool of talent from an unmatched diversity of nationalities and cultures.
Based in Monaco, we are a division of the V.Ships group, the largest ship management company in the world with more than 1000 vessels under management and a global network of manning offices.
We provide qualified manpower, ranging from top-level executives to mid-level managers and service & technical personnel. Our objective is to provide our clients and candidates with an irreproachable service where quality, excellence and responsiveness are of prime importance.
V.Hospitality also specializes in Consulting Services in the field of financial management, hotel operations, fleet operation, and human resources management. Within this activity, we develop and implement training material for service, skills and management modules.
Biographie
Bertrand Petyt is Business Development Manager for V.Hospitality, a Monte-Carlo based division of the V.Ships Group.
Bertrand obtained his MBA in 1996 at Long Island University, New-York, (USA). His career in the hospitality industry has seen him spend many years as Operations Manager for the Sofitel and Novotel brands in the United States prior to becoming Fleet HR/Training Manager for the luxury brand Regent Hotels and Cruises.
In his current position, Bertrand overseas the recruitment, training and consulting services of V.Hospitality, working very closely with hotels and cruise lines in defining and implementing their recruitment and training strategies.
