AIDP-ANDRH
Presentation of the company
AIDP (Italian Association for Personnel Directors) is a non-political and non-profit association of HR professionals acting as directors, managers and consultants in both private companies and public institutions. It also includes students, university researchers and teachers , whose work is centeredon the “people and work” relationship.
Founded in 1960, AIDP counts than 3,000 members. It takes part to national and international projects related to HR management issues and activities, and promotes researches on relevant subects that are related to jobs. and the future of HR management. The association organizes the Annual National Congress which is focused on specific and interesting subjects for HR management.
AIDP publishes two magazines which are sent to its members: « Direzione del Personale» (quarterly) and « Hamlet» (bimonthly) distributed in the newsstand with « l’Impresa », and a book collection on HR Management ( Guerini e Associati Editore).
AIDP is a member of the EAPM (European Association for People Management), as well as of the Worldwide Federation WFPMA, and since 2002 it has established the FMRH , Mediterranean Federation of HR, together with France, Spain, Portugal, Algeria, Morocco and Tunisia.
L’AIDP (Association Italienne pour la Direction du Personnel) est une association apolitique et à but non-lucratif qui réunit les professionnels de la fonction RH, directeurs, responsables ou consultants dans l’entreprise et dans les institutions publiques et privées, ainsi que les académiques qui s’occupent des problématiques du rapport « Personne et Travail ».
Fondée en 1960, l’AIDP compte aujourd’hui 3.000 membres et prend part à des projets nationaux et internationaux. Elle développe ses recherches sur les thèmes les plus importants au sujet du travail et du futur de la DRH et de la GRH. L’association organise une fois par an son Congres National centré sur des thèmes spécifiques du management des Ressources Humaines.
L’AIDP publie deux revues adressées aux membres : « Direzione del Personale» (trimestriel) et « Hamlet» (bimensuel) qui sont offertes dans les kiosques à journaux avec l’ « Impresa » et une collection des livres sur le Management RH par la Guerini e Associati Editore. L’AIDP est membre de l’EAPM (European Association for People Management), de la Fédération Mondiale WFPMA et en 2002 elle a fondé la FMRH (Fédération Méditerranéenne des Ressources Humaines) avec la France, l’Espagne, le Portugal, l’Algérie, le Maroc et la Tunisie.

The National Association of HR Directors was created in 1947 as there was a need for HR managers to share their experiences and to solve issues concerning staffing within their companies. The ANDRH is composed of over 5000 members who approach HR matters with the technical point of view, in order to make progress and enhance the competencies of the HR managers in each company. There are 80 regional groups, and with associations across France.
The group Côte d’Azur branch of the ANDRH was established in 1963, and gathered together members from the VAR, Maritime Alps and Principality of Monaco, who were willing to compare their experiences, and develop their skills in a friendly environment but maintaining a professional atmosphere.
The ANDRH is active internationally as a founder member of the AEDP-EAPM (European Association for People Management) and of the FMADP-WFPMA (Worldwide Federation of HR Directors Associations). As well as regular meetings with the members of international associations (including French-British, Euro-Latin) as well as countries we share borders with (Belgium, Italy, Spain…), the ANDRH controls the general secretariat of the Mediterranean Federation of Human Resources.
L’Association Nationale des Directeurs des Ressources Humaines est née en 1947 du besoin ressenti par les responsables de personnel de confronter leur expérience et de résoudre ensemble les problèmes humains qui se posent dans les entreprises. L’ANDRH est une association de plus de 5000 praticiens qui aborde les problèmes sous un angle technique pour mieux servir et faire progresser la fonction Ressources Humaines dans les entreprises. La répartition de ses membres en 80 groupes régionaux lui permet de couvrir l’ensemble du territoire national.
Le groupe Côte d’Azur de l’ANDRH s’est, quant à lui, constitué en 1963 - Il regroupe les adhérents du Var, des Alpes Maritimes et de la Principauté de Monaco, désireux de confronter leurs expériences et développer leurs compétences dans un environnement convivial et de solidarité professionnelle.
L’ANDRH est active sur la scène internationale en tant que membre fondateur de l’AEDP-EAPM (Association Européenne pour la Direction du Personnel) et de la FMADP-WFPMA (Fédération Mondiale des Associations de Direction de Personnel). Outre les rencontres régulières avec les membres des associations étrangères (rencontres franco-britanniques, rencontres Eurolatines...) et des actions frontalières communes (Belgique, Italie, Espagne...), elle assure le secrétariat général de la Fédération Méditerranéenne des Ressources Humaines.

"The Power of Social HR Network"
AIDP (Italian Association of HR Directors) and ANDRH (French Association of HR Directors) are two of the most representative HR associations in Europe, with an overall membership of 8.000 members in France and Italy.
Their collaboration and networking activity is particularly strong, as they are both board members of EAPM, European Association for People Management, co-founders of the FMRH, Fédération Méditerrannéenenne des Ressources Humaines and promoters of a twenty year long partnership between France and Italy on HR related subjects.
The speakers will explain how AIDP and ANDRH social network can improve the know-how and the problem solving of HR Managers, through the access to structured data, researches and institutional ongoing propositions which may support HR professionals with their decision making process.
