Request:
- At least 2 years experience in apparel sales in Italy.
- Fluent in Italian and English.
- Average age maximal 35 years old.
Main responsibilities:
1. Account Management
- Define and recommend a core assortment for the Italy business in partnership with planning.
- Development and consolidation of multibrand client base.
- Define in relation with the VP commercial policy for the different channels (department store and multi brand stores...).
- Plan development strategies for key accounts.
- Develop Strategies to maximize sell-thru of product in coordination with Planning and Marketing.
- Ensure deliveries by monitoring and providing feedback where necessary.
2. Analysis and Reporting
- Regular feedback on market trends, performance and sales.
- Monitor market developments and competitive threats.
- Prospective new business opportunities, marketing initiatives, metro analysis.
- Analyze weekly retail sales and report findings to SVP Sales, VP Sales and planning ensuring that areas of challenge are flagged.
- Provide end of season report, detailing overall financial performance, stock levels, deliveries.
- Fluid communication with key departments as CS, finance to ensure the right function of the business.
- Build relationships with key accounts and store managers.
3. Sales
- Plan Market schedule with planning.
- Negotiation of seasonal budgets with the accounts and ensure that planning has the relevant information.
4. Operations
- Determinate the needs of our key customers, and implementing procedures to ensure that they receive premium customer service.
- Comply with the internal procedures in terms of: Sales forecast information, back office, customer service, and credit management.
5. Retail
- Regular visits to key accounts in Italy.
- Ensure presentation standards.
- Seasonal sales staff training.
- Sales and stock monitoring. Determinate opportunity for stock swaps.
Request:
- University degree or equivalent.
- Required experience for this job: at least one year of experience in Forecasting and Planning activity.
- Experience in fashion or luxury goods requested.
- Strong Excel and Access skills.
- Experience in a Microsoft Windows environment.
- High level of analytical and organisational skills.
- Strong ability to work independently and achieve deadlines.
- Good communication skills in English.

Tasks:
1. Reporting and Analysis
- Comprehension production and sales order data.
- Conduct qualitative & quantitative analysis to highlight trends, opportunities and performance relative to respective product line.
- Produce sales analysis and budget reports for Sales and Executives.
- Analyse inventory levels in order to assure sales coverage.
- Late delivery report.
2. Forecasting and Sales Planning
- Sales forecast.
- Calculate and plan Stock Keeping Unit buys.
- Coordinate global deadlines.
- Advise Sales Team of sold out products during the campaign, offering product alternatives.
- Forecasting training and responsibility of junior analysts.
Analyse and assist in key account special requests.
- Analyse shortage and excess inventory positions.
3. Production/Distribution
- Analyse lead time and minimums for upcoming seasons.
- Analyse buy arrival dates compared to sales order requested delivery dates to assure on time coverage.
- Work with Finance Dept. and Traffic Dept. about the best way to proceed with a shipment in order to meet the Customers' delivery requests as well as organize direct shipment requests from Key Accounts.
Request:
- Economics/Commerce graduate late 20's/early 30's.
- Ideally, Big 4 audit experience followed by a few years in a high-pressure commercial environment.
- Proficient in MS Office software including Word and Access, excellent skills in Excel.
- English Language proficiency a must.
Tasks:
- Co-Ordinate Reporting for Business Group and ensure timely/accurate delivery.
- Co-Ordinate overall view and analysis of expenses.
- Monthly and ad hoc analysis of business and timely communication to Finance/Business.
- Drive with CFO/Controller efforts to reduce cost and expense base.
- Co-Ordinate for the Business Group AFP preparation and submission.
- Identify Trends and Patterns and give consistent advice.
- Develop Benchmarking Concepts (internal and external).
- Develop a structured forecast process for the Business.
- Works with colleagues to establish and maintains systems, processes and tools that guarantees the accurate presentation of financial results.
- Liaises with the Local Controllers to ensure reporting needs and results of business group are recorded and explained.
- Attend and contribute to Business Reviews.
Request
- University Degree.
- Five years of experience in Forecasting and Planning activity.
- Experience in fashion or luxury goods requested.
- Experience in coordinating a small team / Strong leadership skills.
- Excellence in Excel and Access programs.
- Experience in a Microsoft Windows environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
Tasks
- Produce, update and publish budget in line with Sales/Financial target to be used for producing an accurate sales forecast.
- Coordinate Planning activities with other department in order to have a correct flow of information needed for Forecasting and Planning activities.
- Coordinate global deadlines with Planning group.
- Conduct qualitative & quantitative analysis to highlight trends, opportunities and performance relative to industry.
- Produce sales analysis and budget reports for corporate divisions and executives.
- Assure Planning activities and reporting are being carried out correctly and within agreed deadlines.
- Identify and highlight new trends, opportunities and/or risks within industry.
- Produce and prepare Planning.
Request:
- Degree in Marketing or Economics, Business, Merchandising, Design (Apparel or Industrial), Very good knowledge of Windows software packages including Excel, Access and Word.
- Experience in CAD/Adobe Illustrator packages would be a benefit.
- Ability to communicate in English is essential. Other European languages considered a plus.
- Someone pursuing a career in Product Management but requires Brand and Product experience to grow. Possible candidate may be working already as a Junior Product Manager or Sales Analyst today.
- European & International travel required occasionally.
Tasks, but is not limited to the following:
- Assist Product Manager in the research of the European market to stay on top of emerging trends, materials, processes and opportunities.
- Assist in the research of competition. Understands and documents competitor price points, features, materials, processes and tracks successful competitor products in each of the categories to successfully price products to market.
- Analyze and develop sales reporting to support Product Manager in the product line.
- Assist the Product Manager during product presentations to Sales Managers and or Key accounts.
- Assist the Product manager in Developing and managing Product Line Input Reports and ensure Europe has innovative, premium, technical products that drive sales to meet corporate goals.
- Work within the product development and Sales calendar to meet the deadlines to ensure the timely execution of the product line.
- Partners with Marketing in the development of programs, collateral and POP to communicate product features, technologies, benefits and consumer appeal.
- Manage and keep in order prototype samples delivered to central office.
- Maintain style master data in computer system.
- Maintain all product administration files such as Line segmentation plans, line efficiency reports, SKU lists, discrepancy lists, commodity codes info, etc.
- Manages order communication and execution between Sales and all pertinent areas of the business.
- Responsible for communicating and coordinating all changes and updates of product line lists to all pertinent areas of the business and provide other departments (e.g. Costing, Planning, Marketing) with relevant information organized in specific templates.
-Works with Customer Service to provide product technology reference materials and answers to product queries. Will assist Product Manager in providing product training & seminars with Customer service each season.
- Attend Sales meetings & Tradeshows to assist in booth merchandising and sales meeting merchandising and provide additional support to product and sales teams.
- May be asked to visit customers and present future line concepts to facilitate feedback and future direction for the line development.
