Profile
Churchill Capital is looking for a motivated equity analyst to expand its research team.
The graduate candidate will be working in a team environment, dealing with institutional
clients and our research team, while interacting with our salespeople and traders.
The tasks will include: analyzing merger arbitrage, relative value and event-driven
situations, performing fundamental valuations, preparing research notes, generating ideas,
screening sectors and equities, covering clients’ calls and requests and monitoring the
internal database.
On-the-job training will be provided to the right candidate. We will be offering a threemonth
graduate training program, which would lead to a full-time employment opportunity.
Qualifications
• Finance or business-related degree
• Previous working experience in the financial sector preferred
• Ability to work under pressure and deal with exposure to risk
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Result-oriented, determined and able to make independent decisions
• Fluent English, other languages appreciated
• Software literacy (Excel, PowerPoint, Bloomberg, etc)

Profile
The team at Churchill Capital Monaco is looking for an enthusiastic desk assistant. The job
will be desk bound on the trading floor in Monaco and involve long hours. In house
training and education will be provided for the right highly motivated individual.
Duties would include:
• Distributing research to European and US clients
• Maintenance of client database and distribution tools
• Putting together PowerPoint presentations for the purposes of marketing, internal
meetings and management
• Assisting and producing the research product
• Proof reading research
• Client interaction
• Booking trades and sending executions
• Working closely with senior salespeople and traders
• Administrative duties will also be required

Qualifications
• Knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook and Bloomberg are necessary
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Fluent spoken and written English and French essential
