MISSION ROLE
- To reach standards of excellence in customer service.
- To assist each customer with the goal of obtaining and maintaining loyalty to both the store and the brand.
- To seek to improve store image.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Welcomes, listens and advice every kind of customers and develops loyalty relationship with them.
- Analyzes customer needs, motivations, characteristics and preferences.
- Understands the product, know current trends and informs the customer.
- Gives proper attention to display and layout of the store.
- Ensures refurbishment of supplies to store warehouse and store floor, maintaining established layout.
- Actively participates to the whole managing of the store (stock, cash, display merchandising, administration…..)

- Country- fluent tongue.

MISSION ROLE
To guarantee operative functioning of the store and correct management of human, technical, merchandise and financial resources, in line with company policies and procedures, in order to contribute to the achievement of company financial goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Guarantees financial results of the store through effective management of turnover, margins, stock and personnel costs.
- Ensures correct layout of merchandise in store, in line with product policy and company image.
- Recruits, trains and motivates sales staff.
- Manages client relations in accordance with Company standards and policies.
- Guarantees correct and comprehensive reporting to central Management of store administrative matters as well as information on customer behavior, needs, motivation and general market trends.
- Coordinates public relation activities designed to obtain and maintain customer and brand loyalty.
- Enforces all legal norms and procedures applicable to the store.

KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:
- Country mother tongue.

Objectives of the position:
Developing products and processing marketing plans for the Brand based on the brand positioning objectives and policies (advertising, packaging,…)
Main responsibilities:
- To assist the Marketing Director in the new product launches (strategies, concept, development).
- To assist the Marketing Director in all Communication activities (advertising agencies/ creatives/ website).
- To update the Communication guidelines.
- To propose the annual Marketing plan in line with the company’s business targets and participate to the elaboration of the three-yearly strategic plan.
- To ensure the technical and creative follow up with suppliers and the Operations line manager’s respecting timing and costs.
- To manage the Marketing and the Launch Books.
- To manage on a monthly basis the reference list.
- To ensure, in line with pricing policies, the price objectives of the collections.
- To assist the Operation Manager during the first production launches.
- To propose to the Marketing Director the retail prices in accordance with the company’s objectives.
- To propose and manage the budget following the evaluation of the real needs.
- To ensure the link between Ferragamo Parfums and Emanuel Ungaro Couture in Paris.
Hierarchical reports: Directly report to Marketing Director and Product development
PROFIL
- University graduate in business.
- Strong analytical ability both quantitative and qualitative.
- Open minded, Very organized, Team work.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Pleasant, good team player and self initiative.
- Business oriented, Sensibility to luxury environment and products.
- Italian and English speaking, French would be an advantage.
- Very good with datas in general and IT tools (XL, Word, Powerpoint, …).

The candidate, who will report directly to the Europe Country Manager, will work on the development and the management of the distribution network within the Area market.
Main responsibilities
- He will evaluate new business opportunities and will propose development and optimization suggestions and estimation for the distribution network, taking part in the budget processing/drafting and implementing it.
- He will manage and develop the relationship with clients who are in his own area of competency and will take care of the sales campaign process.
- He will ensure proper training of sales staff (product and visual) ensuring the image of the point of sales in line with the company strategies.
- Actively promote the brand in the local market: propose and effectively implement local marketing, customer relation/VIP strategies to promote the brand's image.
Required skills
- University degree holder.
- Management and negotiation skills, excellent communication skills, entrepreneurial, action oriented, result driven, flexible and diplomatic, open minded, creative.
- At least 5 years' managerial experience in fashion luxury industry.
- Fluent in German and in English.
- Computer literacy (including windows, word processing and spreadsheets).
