John Taylor Corporate is the holding in charge of the international development of the brand John Taylor Luxury Real Estate 1864. (www.john-taylor.com)
Our objective is to develop the brand John Taylor internationally by granting licenses / franchises to potential partners across the world (in some countries, we might be also equity investors).
Job responsibilities will include:
-Developing / analyzing business plans for different markets
-Negotiating license / franchise contracts
-Negotiating commercialisation contracts
-Developing the Corporate Marketing Plan for the group
-Analysing the marketing strategies of each of our licensees
-Identifying potential partners across Europe and the World who could become John Taylor affiliate
-Analyse and develop an internet strategy for the whole group
-Continue to develop the strategy of John Taylor Group
